> Rather than including a facility for assembling the tunnel lining (out of multiple segments) inside the TBM, complete rings are inserted at the insertion shaft, and the whole tunnel is jacked forward one segment at a time.

This seems inefficient.

யொவ் யார் வெனா யார வெனுமுன்னா stupid சொல்லலாம். அப்படி சொன்னா அது உண்மை ஆகாது.

Most often difference of opinion arises due to understanding or rather misunderstanding. And misunderstanding arises due to the language or linguistic barrier.

It takes intelligence to see through the language barrier and to understand someone. Just disagreeing and calling someone stupid shows one's own intellectual deficiency.

Actually Brahmi is not just a writing system but a family of scripts.

All Indic writing systems today are decedents of Brahmi.

Wouldn't that put unnecessary regulations + bureaucracy into the path of innovation?

Like copyrighting/patenting algorithms and ever-greening comes to my mind. Though anyone with a PC can comeup with a kickass algo, while not the same as coming up with a blockbuster drug.

I think MS finds FOSS as the cancer not just Linux.

How can a software exist free to use/modify/share and hit them hard on their own turf. It is the anti-thesis of MS. How will they allow it to exist?

I was a firefox fan until recently. I guess it was firefox 51 or so and I switched to chromium purely for usability and performance sake. The page loading and bookmarks management was horrible at that point. Not sure how it is now.

That is the point. I guess in Western ideology definition of CONTROL over a land is through swords, guns and bloodshed.

The Mughals never had the south because their culture was alien to most of the uninvaded south of india.

But before them the whole of India, Pakisthan, Bangladesh, Srilanka, Burma, Indonesia, Tibet, China were all culturally the same. I would even go further to say considerably most of the regions are still culturally the same.
