For example being bullied or having unreasonable expectations with some kind of negative reinforcement loop.
Certainly doesn't sound like the case at the company in the article. But that CEO sounds exceptional.
We also need to address treating employees as humans not workproduct producing AWS instances.

You can run a profitable business even when using Java, Typescript and React. Infact choice of language probably makes less difference than us geeks would hooe. Outside of really bad language choices.

If one person owns all of the property, ownership rates would be pretty much 0%.
Owner occupied rate would be a more interesting metric.
There will be flaws. Not all homes are equal. People share ownership. Etc.
