Used to see parents in my area strongly encourage buying books even if e-version. Now they actively recommend pirated way....down to which sites and how to best display with best format. Depends. If the cops involved do have intention to kill, and using the raid/protest to shoot a guaranteed fatal bullets, that is assassination. But proving it is near zero.
