on: iOS 17 makes iPhone more personal and intuitive
I believe all iOS apps get updated automatically based on apples app rollout process.
But you can still go do it via the App Store using fewer steps. Just click on your profile pic (top right) and you should see all available app updates.

The wii is basically a slightly more powerful GameCube with novel controls. It competed with (and outsold) the ps3 and xbox360 which offered HD visuals and integrated online play.

I put your comment into chatGPT verbatim and it came back with The Wild Shore by Kim Stanley Robinson. Any chance that’s the one? I’d be interested in reading it.

> As we move further away from it we stack up the health problems self inflicted: crooked teeth, wisdom teeth, miopia, acnee, vid-d deficiency, autoimmune diseases, depression, anxiety, etc
The rest of these seem intuitively correct but could you expand on the dental problems?

I’m able to do (almost) that with the web client. The “following” tab is just tweets from people I follow, with the latest ones first.
No “you might like” or “x liked” posts show up there for me.

I love Apollo on iOS. Without that I’d primarily just browse Reddit on desktop web. The official mobile app and mobile web is actually a disaster.

Twitter banned an individual Account for violating their policy. Not quite the same as a government forcing them to block tweets.

Just look at swimming pools and amusement parks for a parallel.
White Americans felt that it was better to shut them down entirely rather than letting black Americans enjoy them also.
They decided to remained something that they presumably enjoyed because another group was allowed to use it as well.

It’s telling when people are more scared about some people being banned from a an online forum than they are about an insurrection and death threats toward the Vice President and members of Congress.
