I'm part of a open data group project over here in Europe, specifically Germany. We use open data (or scrape it and make it open this way) to offer open source apps including real time data and do machine learning for forecasting of public parking spaces: http://parkendd.de/en/

Works pretty well, but so does Microsoft's Translation app for Windows Phone. Having used Microsoft's app for 2 years now, I am really wondering what took Google so long. Google's app offers coloring of the translation and a way more languages. But in the end, it's as fast and reliable as Microsoft's solution on my devices..

In fact apps can register for voice commands since the release of WP8. Microsoft just improved it so you don't have to register e.g. 1000 movie names to enable the WP voice recognition to understand them, but telling WP to listen for a movie name.

What are you complaining about? There was a leak some months ago and the BSI kept the information about the leak secret until they had set up a system to inform people. Lots of people complained that they didn't publish the information earlier. Now they are doing, what I think is the correct way. Now they have time to discuss how to tell the people whose data has leaked which they surely will do.
