that is just false. They did not show up because they did not want the referedum to take place.

maybe if Bram even commented on the two patches that Thiago had posted, things could have been different.
All Thiago got was: being ignored, one of the worst ways of disdain. Not just even a 'thanks but not interested'.
Other two guys who tried to provide patches to be merged on the same area also suffered from being mostly ignored (he replied to them but just once I think).

the author has posted at least two different patches to vim dev google group. I dont think Bram even commented in any of them. Many others did.

I guess this survey does not have enough data points for all countries? There is no way Spain has a bigger avg salary than France for devs.
