Its status as a slur is not determined by the dictionary definition. It's a slur because transgendered people (the target of the term) consider it to be so.

Similarly I think there's a tendency to paint extroverts as being lacking in 'book-smarts'. Of course, anyone who has ever read a Richard Feynman book can tell you that's not the case.

You're right, it's definitely a spectrum. But I guess just generally speaking I find the whole introvert/extrovert dichotomy to be massively overblown.

>I like socializing, hanging out with friends, and going to parties, but they make me feel tired and I need time alone to "recharge" afterward. It's especially draining to meet new people.
This sounds like a Forer statement to me, to be honest. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forer_effect) Just about everyone needs time to relax by themselves sometimes. Wanting to be left alone once in a while doesn't make you an introvert.

Noticed that when I use CRTL+click to open tabs from the list the tab counter still decrements even though the number of tabs in the list does not decrease. Now I'm looking at a list of tabs with -3 tabs at the top.

on: How Zara Grew Into the World’s Largest Fashion Retailer
I was in an upscale department store in July and spotted a very nice Prada cap, with a fairly distinctive shape.
In September I went into a Zara near me and spotted a cap that was pretty clearly a facsimile of the Prada piece. I was really impressed at how quickly they had put it together. I assume they started manufacturing it immediately after the runway show.

Reminds me of the quote by one author (I think it was Stephen King but I'm not sure).
"I don't get paid to write books. I get paid to finish them."
