I chose to learn programming thinking the job would just be me and a computer, referring to one boss, but there seems to be more meetings and customer interactions than I hoped. Other commenters said that more quiet programming jobs exist so I'll keep sending my resume to companies who build their own softwares instead of agencies. I'm just a bit despaired that no one wants to let me work.
In a more long-term way, I'm trying to create my own business (disrupt Facebook!). If I can't be the employee, I must become the employer.

LOL. On my Twitter account I have a public list for porn. It used to be a private list but most of those girls are pretty cool so there's no reason to be ashamed.
I'm not a public figure of course but I think this shame toward sexuality is a generational thing. It's only taboo for older people.

I recommend subscribing to the Brand New blog if you're interested in logo redesigns. (They got the news about MailChimp weeks ago.)

A corporate culture is certainly defined by its political structure: some companies are monarchies if not tyrannies, some are democracies and some like Valve are closer to anarchies. This is decided by the founder's preferences.

Anyway, it would have been surprising if intelligence agencies didn't collect as much data as they can. What was the most scandalous with Prism is the methods of bullies used by civil servants against businessmen. It's fair if they can catch data discreetly, not if they threaten to imprison or kill to gain easier access to all databases.

You can't have IE in Kid's Corner (the guest mode) so you'll want UC Browser as an alternative. There are also alternative phone dialers since you can't have the default phone dialer in Kid's Corner.

I think universities are like libraries: they are becoming obsolete in the age of the Internet. Knowledge is easy and cheap to access now.

If balloons have a camera, they would at least provide higher-definition data for Maps.

Also it's very white. I use the black theme on my Windows phone (which itself is imperfect). I find dark themes more pleasant.
Otherwise the redesign feels more modern and clean than the current version.
