I have been a vs code power user and switched to pycharm two years ago and will never go back because of the features for working with multiple environments and projects in pycharm.

Working with phind needs to be available in pycharm for me considering switching from gpt4 to phind. Chatting with phind on my local files is the feature I am looking for.

I really liked that article! I've coming to bash this year and in my company we make things work the same way (principle). Chatgpt was a great helper and instructor to me learning bash and brought me up to Speed in no time. After my first weeks I was writing bash scripts that I thought was not possible to do in a shell which wants me to 'feel home' when I open a shell - that resonated with me in that post a lot.

I would be happy to find more bash script(er)s out there, to find inspiration and solutions for problems that increase my horizon of what's possible.

Kudos to OP!

I would love to learn more about that.

How would someone use those keys? What's beneficial, what could be useful possible cases for me? And Are my workstations in my company at risk?

This comment and the OP post, exactly happened to me. I hate windows. My daily driver is osx and Linux. A windows vm has been cut down to deliver maximum performance, no bullshit. If it would be this out-of-the-box, no tracking, profiling etc included, it could be awesome.

Please leave my opinion to me, Spiegel.

I wish there would be journalists out there bringing facts first and leave the opinion about the facts for the reader. When reading the first lines it becomes clear to me, that I am reading a opinion based article, not fact based.

I am tired and exhausted of articles like this in the media coverage these times. They don't get my attention. How did this land here on hackernews?

ewokone | 4 years ago | on: Ask HN: What’s your favorite tool for planning your day?

Looks promising to me, but 15$ a month is too heavy, I find. 5 $ a month would be a no brainer to buy and switch to it personally.

But I mind apps giving them access to my email box only for comfort.

Try to merge this product with tutanota (or proton) and I would pay 25 per month!

ewokone | 5 years ago | on: Show HN: Gleek diagram maker – UML class, Sequence, ER diagrams, Flowcharts

Same here. Free tier with limitations of 40 elements? .. useless to me, next tier 13 dollar per month? Way to much for 2-3 layouts I want to produce spontaneously and irregularly.

I would love a gitlab plugin which creates new layouts based on all module imports in a repository. to get an overview like a dependencies graph. For that I would pay instantly.

ewokone | 5 years ago | on: I am a heroin user. I do not have a drug problem

Same here.

This article is way out on facts. This guy should better read some science based books like the of Gabor Mate, 'in the realm of hungry ghosts'. Inside this books it is well explained in detail, if drugs create addictions, why humans take drugs, what happens to the brain on drugs, what happens in long term usage and what somehow all users share in common, from their emotional journey. Its about getting love, feeling seen, feeling rewarded, ..from friends, next one's and society itself or more often, in the search for rest from trauma and depression....

Damn nautilus this article was reputation hurting.
