I went there with JS disabled and was very confused–it just showed a list of links. Not pleasant.
Edit: With JS enabled, the design just amazed me

on: To the brain, reading computer code is not the same as reading language
I agree, this is probably because we never 'speak' (although write) in programming languages trying to convey something. This goes same for 'hearing' (although we read and understand, hopefully). We always use human languages for those purposes, well, except for those times we speak in pseudo-code.

on: Things I Don’t Know as of 2018
Don't be too quick to take it at face value. It's hard to write down what is actually in one's head, even for experienced writers. I'm sure he'll tell you a lot more on the stuff he claims he doesn't know if you had the good fortune of having a chat with him in person. Also, keep in mind that he probably knows deeply about some things and their extents, and so his definition of words like 'fuzzy' should be different from that of an intern's. As he puts it himself,
> Experienced developers have valuable expertise despite knowledge gaps
contributes heavily to
> learning technologies when I need them
which can be very valuable.

on: The Leaderless Organization (2012)
But it's not that simple. There are many things like social dynamics at play whenever people interact with one another, and the one with most charisma is going to be a leader without a title–and that can be good too.

Hi, you should hide elements with CSS instead of with JS, following is visible on visiting the page with JS disabled.

How about a browser that has cookies etc. as different modules detachable/attachable from/to the actual _browsing session/s_, and an option to attach/detach them on the fly. I think I would get used to the overhead work involved when browsing, just like I got used to NoScript.

on: Firefox asked to import logins from Chromium
Very true, and I agree there are programs to retrieve browser passwords [1]. Does this mean there is built-in code in Firefox which sniffs for browser-stored password files inside home directory of a user? I don't see any other way how Firefox knew that I had the logins saved in Chromium for the particular site I mentioned.

In the midst of Covid-19 isolation, meeting with less distractions, I too had thoughts on theses lines. It almost came as a revelation. Keep creating, everyone's a creative force. But create value, not nonsensical stuff. Kudos for the author of this article.
If I may, RWE's 'Self-Reliance' too mentions something on these lines.
